Please can you explain how I set up in Skim Schemes so that SE and Bookmarker traffic are no skim?

I have read the manual here: http://www.scriptpulse.com/tp/manual/skim-schemes.php  but I am not clear on how to add these at all.

Go to settings/skim schemes, then add new skim scheme with your prefered name and set under in filed no.8 100, it means always 100% to content.

After you add it, go to statistics/overall and edit SE and BOOKMARK trade and set it to use scheme you just made.
