Been getting this error on /tp/ admin page loading

Fatal error: session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: Failed to initialize storage module: memcache (path: /home/fmedia/public_html/freshbang/tp/data/content/) in /home/fmedia/public_html/freshbang/tp/auth.php  on line 4

What is wrong?

My tech support replied:
"I copied that file, but it doesn't helped. And no related errors in the logs. "

Now I get a "white screen" when trying to login:
