Topic: tp/ssi_in.php slows down my site

My site loads slow and according to my host it is caused by the include calling /tp/ssi_in.php
Remove that and bam site is super fast again.
Since its encoded they've no idea why its slowing shit down, any help?

on average it runs in 5 to 10 miliseconds...so if it's slowing down it's host related...

Ok... they looked at it and couldn't do much to see where the problem is with it being encoded? 
I paid for this script I'd like a tiny bit of help

Script health shows how slow it is I think...
Execution time of "in.php" and "out.php" in msec.

Seems in.php is slow any help with where my host should check would be super nice.
