How can I make links to other sites out ?

http://mysite.com/tp/out.php?p=60&url=http://mysite.com/movies/xxx.html     Working

http://mysite.com/tp/out.php?p=60&url=http://othersite.com/movies/xxx.html    Not Working

problem solved,

I base 64 encode the output links,

example; tp/out.php?p=60&url=aHR0cDovL2ZvcnVtLnNjcmlwdHB1bHNlLmNvbQ==  (http://forum.scriptpulse.com)
