I have read about the server clock sync when moving sites from one server to another. But what if you want to move sites from two different servers to one new one?

go to tp folder on each domain...and edit cron.last file..set it's contests to 0....problem solved...keep in mind there may be some inacurate stats for 24hrs or so till logs come to normal.
