Topic: How to send nocookie to content only

Hi
I want to send noccokie traffic to content so i go to settings-> out -> Table of specialized out settings and from there i check in the nocookie row the 4th column (To content, if url= specified and to[trafficURL] if none)
Will this do the trick?
What does "if url=specified" mean?
Cause i tried to access my site through hidemyass.com and the skimming was still active
By the way i m using ST and i use "/tp/out.php?url=#url#" in settings

it will send to content 100%, except in case that url= parameter is missing from out.php link, then it will send to traffic url(make sure to set one).

So in my case where i use "/tp/out.php?url=#url#" it will send to content only?
