trade pulse and php/mysql issues

Hi, im running a datase driven website and randomly the pages wont laod past where tp in would start. Im pretty sure that it is a issue between tp in and my php/mysql scripts. what could be interfering with eachother? All the scripts do is pull info from the database and arrange it on a page.

trade pulse can NOT be inside php function, please make sure that condition is ok.

its not inside anything, there is a db connext include above it, and then in the body there are mysql connections pulling and sorting data. unless that is considered in?

and if that is the problem? i need to have the db connect include above the title tag on some pages due to the database pulling titles for pages. can i put the include at the top of the page?
