and I set it this way: /tp/out.php?p=100&link=AD_Shane&url=http://www.nscash.com/hit.php?w=100243&s=75&p=2&t=main

the clicks all goes to my trades. Any inputs would be nice. Thanks

It happens because of p=2 in the sponsor's link, so probability to be send to sponsor url in this case is only 2%
Easiest way to fix it - using encoding for sponsor url, your final link will looks like
/tp/out.php?p=100&link=AD_Shane&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nscash.com%2Fhit.php%3Fw%3D100243%26s%3D75%26p%3D2%26t%3Dmain
TradePulse has url encoder inside the admin area, look at Tools -> Encoder

On a side note, isn't "p=" being ignored after "url="?
