How to limit trade?

I have one trade which send a lot of crappy traffic from countries like argentina and brasil,and i send more usa traffic then i receive.So return is 129,so i think there should be less sended usa traffic or lesser ratio.How to do it?

U can't affect which countries to return, but you can edit global return with RATIO in edit trade screen.

i would adjust that by the country as ivo said
but made pretty good experiences with max out p.h. as well
