Topic: problem with login and password after upgrade (i reset it to default already)

I upgraded php to 5.3, i have icon loader

I had old version of tp installed
and i  upgraded it manualy

and now i can't login,  script seems to be working ok, but i cant login to admin

i tired fresh install but default admin and password do not work as well

please help
