Web stats means a html file where you can post list of your sites and see last 24 hour stats of each site everytime when you refresh site.Also this means such stats are public.This is good for showing traffic on webmaster network site.There could be additional feature like record of traffic before you refreshed html,overall prod and other data.

it's already on todo list together with 1 universal form so webmasters can pick your site from drop down and signup for trade...no need anymore to visit each site trade.php when this is done, people can signup to any of your sites from 1 form

So there will be signup form where you will be able to add all sites in network with stats?Now that is realy cool.Just make sure you put good captcha code or something similar to prevent bot signups.

Is this a multiple site signup with one submission, or one submission per site?

I'd kinda hate to have a single submission sign up a trade to all of my sites at once! I think the cheaters would love that, though

It will be universal signup...and you can use it or not use it...it will be just an additional extra
