Hello Im having trouble with my out.php file.  I contacted HostGator and they had a look at the file permissions and could not find out why it still says...
 
"You don't have permission to access /tp/out.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I use RSTGP and ScriptPulse...

I'm not sure if I need to change another file in order for it to work...

it worked on and off so because I have web hosting re-seller account I deleted it and created another account.

I am having problems with my other site femdomleatherDOTcom.  My out.php all of a sudden working then stopped.  It sends traffic to my trades but when it sends to my galleries Im getting the famous "You do not have permission to access this page.  If you type in just out.php it redirects to a trade.

 That could be the problem... I just added php5 today and all of a sudden my webmasters on trade are now getting trade correct for the first time..

It means that TradePulse is working good, fix your galleries .
