New trades always inactive

After manual adding of bunch of new trades they stay inactive. How can i fix it?

Set timed or instant force to them, by default trades who have 0 daily ins=inactive.

im having the same problem here ...
ive set instant force to 20 ..
but it still remains inactive :(

when trying to click on an out link - an error message appears ..

Did you wait 1 minute for virtual cron to run? Does your site has traffic so "virtual" cron is running?

yes there is incoming traffic.
not much, as the site is brandnew ...
but there is traffic ...

so i think the cron should work? ...

how much traffic should be there to get the virtual cron running?
