Productivity alert email issue
« on: January 02, 2009, 09:40:02 PM »
If I have the productivity email alert switched on then I consistently receive emails telling me my prod is below 90 (and all the way down to 50 if I change the level) but all the sites where I have TP installed have prod consistently over 150 and mostly over 200.

I think you receive that mail when only one trade drop below that level.

My understanding is that I should receive an email if my site's productivity falls below the set level (by default, 90).  What I'm seeing is that I receive emails constantly (almost every hour) when I KNOW that my site's productivity is WAY higher than 90.  And even if I lower the set level to 50 I still get the emails.

set option to 30%, that should solve your problem. We will tweak default value for new installations in next version.
