install.php is corrupt

Hi,
I tried to Update manually, get this fatal error: install.php is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0
What does it mean? install.php was just downloaded from my account.

Hi,
I guess your server hasn't IonCube loader installed.

Hi,
you can check all info at phpinfo(); function.
Provide me please link to phpinfo + install.php on the site where you want to install the script, I'll check what's wrong.
