Topic: Two major problems!!!

I have two major problems:
Problem 1:
There is a huge discrepancy in the stats showed in the main admin page and the stats accounted for in the variables that determine the skim.
In detail:
In the main admin page at the bottom of it i read : "trade in" and "clicks to trade". Lets suppose it reads: "trade in: 100" and "clicks to trade: 120"
However at the same time when i go to Settings-> Skim Schemes-> Dynamic Rules-> Edit and scroll to the bottom of the page at the "Variables" table i see different amount of clicks for $TradeHin and $TradeHout. In previous versions those were identical as they are supposed to be. You can check for instance a site running build 18. Build 18 is showing exactly the same amount of clicks both at the "variables" table and at the bottom of the main admin page.
As a result this discrepancy messes up any rules that are set for dynamic skim!
Problem 2:
I noticed that for my free (skimmed) copies of TP the skimmed clicks have increased dramatically! Have you changed the skim percentage of free copies?

Hi, we are working on fix for this issues.

And no, we did not update skim to 2% yet.

Any news on when should we be expecting a new build with this issue fixed?
Cause i m using build 19 at the moment which is vulnerable to the latest exploit, which in turn means i have to constantly keep an eye on the critical files' sizes (filter.php, updater.php) on the server.
