Topic: Bug with sync settings

I just installed new instance of TP on one domain and on another domain i set all settings to sync to new site.
After that, i couldn't load the new TP copy, as it was showing me an error message, that in variables.php there is a ';' missing
I checked that file's source, there was a line about max threads =;
so i just inserted ""; after = and it did the trick, but you could fix it so others won't have that problem

Also, with a new TP install, you could make it create a .htaccess file in /tp folder with some basic settings, since i couldn't load TP admin and it took time for me to find that my root domain had .htaccess with a line that index.html is the file to open in a folder, so TP admin was showing 404 for me...

I forgot to add, that one more bug found on the same sync feature.
On my source site that i sync'ed from, the countries list was altered, i had 2 countries added into the good countries list.
So, on the destination TP after sync i just checked that i had these 2 countries missing, they couldn't be found in any of the 3 countries lists.
