Is this correct link:
/tp/out.php?p=#skim#&url=#url#
Which should mean how skim is handled by script,right?I set this url beacuse previous script also had #skim# instead defined number so that is only way to see different between previous and present script.

It's correct for ST, yes...but this way your internal skim schemes in trade pulse won't work...if U wanna use TP internal ones remove p=#skim# and edit schemes in settings/skim schemes

it depensd on your trades not on niche, and on your site itself. experiment till U get perfect skim or read some tutorials
