How I can push the hits to only one trade for a limited time?

No, force will be sent to that trade, so let's say that that trade gets priority.

Yes, you can disable all other trades and leave just one trade enabled. Only that way.

Yes, I tried this, but how long takes "disable" setting to have effect?
Because, after 5-10 min I still send hits to other trades.

It's 1 minute, if your site has traffic, if it doesn't have any traffic it can take time till first visitor opens your index and cron is started in BG.
