thumbtop and subdomain trade

hi. when i try to trade with subdomains at same domain then thumbtop not creating thumbs for these subdomains.
for example
domain1.com wont grab thumbs from
ww1.domain1.com
ww2.domain1.com
kinda its filter by domain name i think

any ideas what can we do?

excuse me, do i understand propertly that my question ignored, i need to change passwords i gave to kildoozer and delete file changes that he did and that didnt takes any effect?
