Stats and Actions Error

I notice today when I goto Stats and Action and click on refferers or links i get this error

Warning: fopen(/home/blackpha/public_html/tp/data/settings/trstats.set) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/blackpha/public_html/tp/trader_refs.php on line 27

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/blackpha/public_html/tp/trader_refs.php on line 28

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/blackpha/public_html/tp/trader_refs.php on line 29

Or files are missing or permissions are wrong, best bet would be to run install.php once again. It WILL JUST REINSTALL AND ALL YOUR DATA WILL BE SAVED!

Do files have 777 or 666 permissions?

Hi,
the reason could be only in file /home/blackpha/public_html/tp/data/settings/trstats.set, check twice it's permissions.
