Incoming hits count via htaccess at all pages?

Hi i placed DirectoryIndex tp_in.php index.shtml index.html index.php index.cgi in the .htaccess because my nubile tube gives error when i include in the header php but in this case, i have incoming traffic to the watch pages not only homepage, do this count the any page or only homepage enters?

and changing the htacces directoy as this may broke SE rankings?

only homepage enters and it doesn't affect SE at all since it's done invisible in background.

when i include <?php virtual("/tp/ssi_in.php")?> why it gives error?

okay added as <? include("http://www.mydomain.com/tp/ssi_in.php"); ?> and seems it works, so this count all the clicks and visits at placed pages right? Otherwise htaccess include was not counting properly

when i add the htaccess code my site goes blank but it does track the hits    :(

Check under settings/in sinde tp admin panel. There is default filename index.shtml replace it with index.php(name of your index file) if that is correct, wait 2 minutes and it will work.
