The images look very bad, maybe it's because they are optimized by TP although they are already optimized?

How would I have to change this to simply resize the images and nothing else:

/usr/local/bin/convert -filter Blackman -unsharp 1.0x1.0+0.5 -unsharp 1.0x1.0+0.5 -modulate 110,110 -contrast -enhance

The image size is not the problem. Most TGPs already have optimzed thumbs and when they are optimzed again they just don't look good anymore.
