2) We discovered that when ssi_in.php was called inside php function(for example in every tube script) cron was not started correctly. Now ssi_in.php will automatically detect if it's inside function and if IT IS cron will be started with img.php. So in case that you include ssi_in.php inside php function make sure that img.php is inserted into index as explained here:
