Topic: SEPARATE SKIM FOR good, normal, bad groups of countries

hI everyone!
lots of people wants to hold bad traffic on their sites ( turkey, china etc ) and dont want to send them in trades ( to do not get ti back )
it will ve very useful tool to set separate skim for each of these groups

so in Skim Schemes will appear 3 rows instead 1.

for instance, i'd like to set 60 skim for good and normal groups and 80-100 for bad

what do you think?

We didn't do this because we don't want to run tier 1 traffic flow

i did not understand you what you mean under "tier 1 traffic flow"

so you will not do my proposition?
