Admin area problem
« on: March 13, 2011, 11:45:27 AM »
I recently had my site hacked (not sure whether this was through the TP script). Anyway the malware has now been removed and the script is working as it should be.

However, when I log in to the admin I just see a page of gobbledegook code (see screenshot) and can not access any of the functions.

I tried to reinstall tradepulse but received a "Fatal error: Unable to read 27340 bytes in /web/sites/account/domain.com/install.php on line 0"

How do I restore the script so that I can access the admin once again?

Hi Stephen,

When you see text starting with 'Zend...' it almost always means that you need to get the zend decoder (re)installed on your server - in rarer cases it might mean you need to get php (re)enabled.  Show that output to your host and they should know exactly what to do

Yes, problem is 99,99% in zend, so make sure zend is working fine(check with your host) and then try to do reinstall.
