Can any one explain me with the Network Growth?

I've run all my sites on the Network, which works just fine, but I do not understand the Network Growth. Out Percentage = Traffic in%? about a skim?

There are all the available domains, but all I get the following message:

SyncStatus = Error


Who can help me there?

ideaworx, network growth is used to grow 1 site in your network with all sites in your network. You need to define    Out Percentage   (how much traffic % of clicks from sites in network will feed new site) and    Target Size   (on site you are feeding) which is how big site needs to be, network growth will feed that site till it reaches Target Size with X % of all clicks to trades as set in out percentage.
