Trade Pulse Support / toplist image grabber - big problem !

2 problems
1) wrong thumb going to wrong trade
2) image not grabbed according to dimensions set

Thumbs crop settings
ID 1 is active with a tick in the box, thumb size and height set to 160x215
template im using

will trade pulse count it as 0 ?

i have saved thumbs into my server and manually input the url of each thumb under edit trade -> Custom Toplist Thumbs
but my toplist is all screwed up, showing random thumbs and also repeated thumbs
