Trade Pulse Support / Username/password

I installed a new script but finished the job 3 days later. The thing is, i can't login. I tried with what i thought was right and various username/password combination which i thought would work out but it didn't. I then went into PhpMyadmin and saw the password but didn't see the user name (i also tried various combination after seeing the password that i thought would work but)? Where can i see that info ? Or do i have to do to find out ? Do i need to reinstall everything ?

In other words, you see the thumb and when you put your mouse over the pic it shows: (let's say) google.com so when you click on it, it should go to google.com right ? Well it doesn't, it goes to another site picked up from my traders.

I was wondering, are the thumbs for the toplist dumped after a while ? A "purge" if you prefer so we don't wind up with 100's of pics for nothing ?
Right now i ain't using this feature (tho i will try it for sure) so i'm wondering if everything is grabbed/cropped for nothing ?

I get this on my toplist

1. %%NAME1%%

3. %%NAME3%%

It's not replaced by the domain name (not links either)

Trade Pulse Support / Can't get new trades to start force nitro

How come new trades i enter myself, put hourly force, put instant force, trade is active, boost mode is nitro but i come it gets back to autostopped ?

I can't get new trades to work out right away. As you may know, you need to force some hits to start the trades.

The site is small, only 600 clicks/day for now

Trade Pulse Support / out.php produces a blank page.

out.php produces a blank page.
I do get the galleries when i click on my test link tho, but when it suppose to go to a trade, i get a blank page.
I also tried mysite.com/pt/out.php numerous times and i always get the blank page.
