Webmasters chat / Re: Looking for new trades.
« on: January 13, 2014, 01:48:28 PM »
Cheers Mike.

I see we have a few buddy trades and will enable all immediately when i see that you are admin.

Pulse trades is what makes Script Pulse the best traffic trade script in my opinion.

Webmasters chat / Looking for new trades.

Greets all.

I am seeking long term trades, I run several sites (mainly SEO)
The quickest way to start trading is by using Network/PulseTrades
http://yousite.com/tp/?a=pulsetrades&user=4199
or fill in the form manually at the site in my sig.
Happy trading :)

Trade Pulse Feature Requests / Trickle feed inactive/dead trades
« on: December 30, 2013, 06:36:41 AM »
I love this script and commend your work ip0li.  ;)

I notice that trades that are inactive ie: have not sent traffic within 24 hours will continue to receive traffic from the script unless you have the autostop feature configured for that trade explicitly.

Autostop can be destructive in cases of the trade site having server problems etc..

New trades if added by myself will use forces therefore if(force && $nohits); will negate the need to worry about new trades being added to the inactive trade system.
(Maybe even make this part of the initial webmaster add script.. force = '1')

if a good trade suddenly dies logic states either of 2 things have happened, either the trade host is down or the trade has suddenly dropped you from their list.

In order to contend with both situations my suggestion is to allow the script to feed a configurable field amount of hits to inactive trades by default in order to try reactivate/start a trade without the need for manual editing the trade base. Count days of inactivity, auto delete after so many days etc..

AWESOME SCRIPT BTW

Trade Pulse Support / Re: Sites skimming from TP
« on: December 30, 2013, 05:29:47 AM »
I have noticed this also recently. I will confirm it is indeed an avatraffic site.
It is problematic in the fact that it employs javascript making it impossible to close the page without killing the browser process. Annoying at best.

For a quick fix you can add the following your HOSTS file

## Redirect all traffic intended for avatraffic.com -> localhost ##
127.0.0.1   avatraffic.com

Trade Pulse Support / Is network usage possible via .htaccess
« on: July 25, 2013, 06:59:36 AM »
Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone has done a network install employing .htaccess to keep each domains data unique

By unique i mean in/out statistics are unique yet all sites use same trades and also have different toplist configurations.

Thanks in advance
