Trade Pulse Bug Reports / trade.php output
« on: June 28, 2010, 06:50:54 AM »
the coding on trade.php is garbled pretty messy..

1) where we set (minimum incoming hits to start trade) it still shows the %s that you have in the default box. Same for minimum productivity.
2)those items should be in their won section, but for example, the productivity thing is where the "Webmaster email" text should be.
3) I quit messing with it after that.

How about posting some fixes here please?

I'll add this to augment the forum search feature.

After you move the files over... edit these files to change the new host directory path:

tp/data/settings/ssi_in_conf.php

ETA: Path is on Line 3

You can manually edit your toplists and change the path in this directory:
tp/tops/<something>.set

ETA: Path is on Line 1, TWO TIMES

Edit the scriptpath in this file:
tp/variables.php

ETA: Path is on Line 2

I also emptied this directory:
tp/data/content

which contained older browser sessions.

Thanks... moved over 5 the other day and it's working great!

Figured I would add this information in blue for anyone who is newer to this system. Search feature pulled this up by the "change path" string. So I will also add some more keywords:

script path
change script path
change database (my first string)

Trade Pulse Support / Re: How Do You Create A Cat. For SE crawlers?

Wonderful! If you're able to, jsut add additional traffic types in the system traffic lists in the lower section of the stats page. That way we don't have to do anything on our end besides look down by noref_in and all that, and see "crawlers" or SE Bots: or something!

They're easily filter-able by their user-agent browser information... says right in the info Yahoo-Slurp, Googlebot, etc ;)

Trade Pulse Support / How Do You Create A Cat. For SE crawlers?
« on: January 23, 2010, 01:24:30 AM »
In the last 24 hours, TP says I've gotten over 400 incoming hits, unique. That's a total from all the bottom sections, with noref_in being the most. Well, I checked through the detailed stats and Yahoo Slurp hit me for 100 pages, another crawler hit 30, and so on and so forth. I want those to be counted in a different section instead of noref_in. How can we set this up?

Trade Pulse Support / How to set a "no minimum" trade
« on: January 21, 2010, 05:00:06 PM »
I have a website I need to force traffic to, but I am not sure how to set up the specific domain to work that way. I don't need any return traffic limits, or prod limits. I jsut want to add a website to my trade list/toplist that I can send clicked traffic/skimmed traffic to, and force at least 20 a day to it.

« on: September 26, 2009, 09:52:17 AM »
Hello! I posted in another thread but I think it went un-noticed. I am trying to install the traffic script and I am getting a error saying the server is configured incorrectly.

When installing I am reciveing the following problems: (in the browser)
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxxxx-xxxx-xxx-xxxxx.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.41 Server at xxxxx-xxxx-xxx-xxxxx.com Port 80
