Trade Pulse Bug Reports / network stats

2 problems

1. every second load of the network stats only about 5 sites show up when there could belabout 20

2. using the dropdownmenu to view/load a another sites stats, about 1/3 will only reload the main sites stats and in the url is a invalid ss id error, even
though the login is correct and it shows up in the network stats

Trade Pulse Support / new installation stuck on 1% Skim

I can get the second click feature to work but the skim is stuck to 1% and the skim schemes are set to about 60

is there somefiles i can uppdate ot change instead of reinstalling again?

Trade Pulse Support / Boost and network stats page load issues

With the new build when i go to set a boost , the boost/nitro is greyed out, is this happen if i have too many boosts? so as it sits with new build i cant set boost

Also with the new build the network dropdown menu to load up another site give invalid id, loads up the original stats page only. even though i can copy paste the user/pass into the domains login screen manually. just the drop down menu seems to give problem parsing the username and password.

Trade Pulse Support / suphp whats your thoughts?

I know ipoli said not to use it. Im a trade pulse and smart thumbs user, and am looking to get ideas about using (or not using)suphp with these 2 scripts.

Anyone know this setup and had any luck or not? what are the problems that could arise with suphp? I feel alot safer knowing 777 is not used, as smart thumbs is a hackers dream as well with all the 777 files.

I ran a test with a dead site using st and the newest tp, updated fine, had to manually play with the toplists but they work now.

TP is saving my settings ok, might go ahead with a site with some traffic for more testing.

If the TP hack was because of a hacked updater, then really if a server thats not hacked would require to lock those down? i didnt try locking down with a suphp setup server.

Anyone care to comment or maybe someone who has used this setup?

trying to export trades on a bunch of sites and most are exporting everything with everything on 1 line no break with a \n

this does not work importing, anyone see this before? not sure why its broken line by line on a few but most, its like above

Trade Pulse Support / cant get past admin login after server move

Hi, moved 3 sites to new server, the tp login page loads but cant get in.
Ive reset the password changing the auth.set file, still not working, it just refreshes the login page
the script itself appears to still be working

i had a prob with smart thumbs login but host said he changed the paths in the htaccess and got it working.

what can i check for or file to edit so tp will allow the auth.set file to work again? I feel a good chance is its path may be incorrect now or something.

I see the new options for display in the network stats but the SE,NO Ref, bookmark only has 3 of about 20 sites showing anything other than 0 (and i know its not),

anyone else get this, or am i missing something, all sites running on same version

Trade Pulse Support / toplist not rebulding

Hi, ive added a toplist using .tpl and the form field, its saving that just fine

i have added trades (no hits in yet) but also have set it to show "add your site here"

its got code in it to show "best sites" on top but not even paring that into the html file

i can understand it not showing any sites, but its not adding any code to the html output file

its creating the html output file but not writing any code to it. Ive done this 20 times before on other servers, even used these for ads spots
but im stumped this time around

im using same code for toplists, same as other sites, so I think this code has nothing to do with it

its just producing an empy html file both have 777 permissions

any ideas?

Trade Pulse Support / Smart Tube Pro

Hello, have tp installed on a tube domain, wanted to ask how to get the <?php virtual("/tp/ssi_in.php")?> code to parse,

ive tried it in the header and when it parses the templates it just shows in the final source code same as the above code (unparsed)

I read in the smart thumbs forum that some people over here have a way to do it

also need to make sure the toplist will parse, and if anyone knows where i would put the tp out code for the thumbs....

So any tips to get this going would be great, thanks

Trade Pulse Support / To BOOST or not to BOOST

Hey guys, Ive installed tradepulse onto a few smaller sites and they do great ever since. Now Ive come across a few
people saying that I should "Just let the script do the work" and leave everything on its own.

Now One site went from 2500 - 15000 in about 3 weeks, awsome....with lots of hours and trading later...

But this has been done by me putting high boosts on sites with high prod or size of trade. So I guess my question would be

1. Why when I take the boost off, the trade goes WAY down quick, even when ive set the trade return to lets say 120% (and these are higher prod AND C.A.)
2. What strain or effect does having high boost on 25 of 60 trades on trades i want on the top of the list or trying to grow on a permanent basis?
3. What settings could I try to keep the trade up and take the boost off , as I am confident that if i take off ALL boosts, my traffic will fall to 1/2 in 3 days.
4. Is it common for a webmaster to have so many boosts (lets say 30%) on?
5 should i just goto trade return?

My goal would be to take boost off ALL trades except maybe a new trade im pumping traffic to to start a new trade....

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know Ive got a site that went from 1600 - 6000 in 2 weeks with tp,BUT

I like the thumbgrabber idea, anyone here get it to work without using thumbs from different sites? Seems
it seems about 30% of the thumbs are random. Yes ive gone thru the template code, its seems fine

It would be a big deal for me to fix this

I read on the bug forum and it was a bug last year, has this been addressed?

Trade Pulse Support / tgpx and script pulse

So far Im really impressed with the trade script!

I am using a tgpx server edition combo with script pulse and I am using parameters in the url, so I know the skim schmes will not work, BUT

I have about 10 trades setup and it will not ever skim yet.....

do i need to wait for more hits in, or a toplist rebuild for this to work?
