Trade Pulse Support / TP stopped to fetch thumbs

Hi,
 
when I created a new thumb toplist I recognized that the script
did not pull any new thumbs for about month. I recreated the thumb
crop settings and hit "Grab Now" several times but nothing happen.
 
I have other TP installation on the same server so this seems to be
a specific problem. I found 2 pages to behave like described.

Hi,

the trade script and TGP seems to work normal. (100dailyboys.com)
But TP backend shoes the following facts in script health =>

Hi,

I got a problem with my TP installation in our network:

it seems that the script do not count clicks anmore (from the 16 of dec.)
We didn't change anything but it looks like TP stopped working.

What can we do?

Trade Pulse Support / Strange Blacklist entries - Trades disappear

Hi,

we got some problems with trade pulse. Some trades disappear and some blacklist entries were set:



I had to delete some trades from the blacklist to start them again. After editing the blacklist some strange code
which has been shown on the bottom of the page disappear. But the entries we never set are still there.

Hope you got a clou what could had happen

when I want to switch to my other sites in the dropdown it seems not to work:

Trade Pulse Support / why is "phpinfo on" needed ?

Hi,

I disabled phpinfo on my server for security reasons. Now I am not able to use
the graphic functions to show my stats.

Is there a way to just ignore the fact that the script can't read the phpinfo
because every needed module is installed probably.
