Trade Pulse Support / Toplist Issue
« on: March 19, 2010, 07:08:00 PM »
When I press "submit" in "add new template" I receive the following page:

Code: [Select]
Warning: fopen(/home/makeherc/public_html) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Is a directory in /home/makeherc/public_html/tp/toplist.php on line 153

I copy and pasted the source code from the following pages given as an example from http://www.rstgp.com/rstgp_top/rstgp_toplist1.tmp http://www.rstgp.com/rstgp_top/rstgp_toplist2.tmp http://www.rstgp.com/rstgp_top/rstgp_toplist3.tmp and http://www.rstgp.com/rstgp_top/rstgp_toplist4.tmpsince I figured this is simplest to use, so you can refer to the example toplists given via links on that page if you need to understand what toplists I'm using, although I don't know if that's the issue or not.

I believe I have everything edited correctly, but obviously something is wrong. I changed permission on my public_html to 777...

I also noticed in the Script Pulse tutorial that it says "Directory where toplists are MUST have permission 777 or you manually need to create source and target file and set permissions 666 on it.", so do I need to create a source and target file instead of changing the public_html to 777? If so, how do I create a source and target file and what should I name it? Unless this isn't necessary, I'm just trying to give out all possible options so this can be fixed as soon as possible with the least amount of work on your guy's part...

I'm using tp/out.php?p=70&fc=1&link=gal&url= as my Trade Script Link Syntax, if that helps clarify what the problem is...

How can I fix this so the toplists work properly?

Thanks in advance! :)

I activated a trade with a unrelated site of mine just to test Script Pulse on my mgp before I start signing up for traffic trades with other mgp's so others don't send me traffic and then not get anything back from me. It appeared that everything was working fine, but when I click on the thumbs on my site, I'm not taken to the site that I used to sign up for a traffic trade on my mgp's trade page - I'm instead taken to http://www.google.com/no_trade or the thumb's video. I have changed a lot of settings such as my link syntax just to see if that was the issue, but it still takes me to http://www.google.com/no_trade.

The stats read 4 in and 0 out for the unrelated site I'm using to test traffic trading with my mgp. I've tried different link syntaxes such as:
tp/out.php?p=70&fc=1&link=gal&url=
tp/out.php?p=60&url=
tp/out.php?p=50&fc=1
and all of them still take me to http://www.google.com/no_trade and my out stats are still at 0 since it refuses to send traffic to that site.

What did I do wrong? How can I fix this? Like I said, I want my trade script to be working before I sign up for traffic trades so other webmasters aren't sending traffic and getting none back, I don't want to get blacklisted as a cheater just because the traffic script is not working properly. :(

Thanks in advance for your help! :)

Trade Pulse Support / Trade Script Include Code?
« on: February 15, 2010, 05:33:27 PM »
I'm using rstgp and was wondering:

What do I put as my "Trade Script Link Syntax"?

I'm running Trade Pulse on my RSTGP site. I have tp/out.php?p=60&url= as my trade link syntax, but when I go to click on one of the thumbs I've uploaded to my site, it takes me to:

http://mysite.com/tp/out.php?p=60&url=http://beeg.com/milfs-like-it-big/big-fat-cock-right-from-behind/ or what ever beeg thumb/video combination I've uploaded and doesn't go to the beeg page or a trade partner site.

How do I get it so that it goes to either the content (beeg) or to one of my trade partner's sites?

Trade Pulse Support / Installed properly, but cannot log in to backend
« on: February 15, 2010, 04:57:35 PM »
It appears that the installation process went smoothly, however when I go to http://www.mysite.com/tp/login.php, all that appears is my site without a template, just the content - I see no area to log in. The same things happens when I go to http://www.mysite.com/tp or http://www.domain.com/tp/trade.php as well - all that appears is my site without a template.

Any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks!  :)
