Ive finally got some sleep and realized I vented on the wrong person.
ipOLi, i owe you an apology. Last night I was up a long time working against this guy again, and I took my frustration out on you when its really him i am mad at. You have done great work for me and alot of people. I know you didnt mean for this to happen.
This guy has stole from us and has caused many many days of our time.
I hope you can accept my apology, I lost my temper last night, and i took that message the wrong way.

Why dont you just say the truth? Once this guy is in your server:
1. you are ROOTED
2. we just cant fix it

if you just did this, people could take this alot better
People, if you dont want to pay someone you dont know to fix your server, just get a new server and install everything from scratch. Best time saver you can ever do. My old server is still hooped. the new ones are doing just fine.

Hi, please contact http://www.soft-com.biz guys, they solved issues for many of our clients since its ended up as not just TP but other scripts exploits were involved also .

This statement makes me sick. THIS WAS YOU GUYS. now your sluffing it off on other expoits. your so full of shit. I have servers from scratch without a problem. This hacker got in and he started leaving his hacker files so he could log in and root your server outside of the accounts. It really makes me sick to see you start saying theres other reasons. it was YOU no one else. YOU should be paying the soft-com guys to fix who got hacked. once this guy got in he started fucking up every other script on the server. YOUR UPDATE DID THIS. no its not smart thumbs, its not any other script but TRADE PULSE that got this guy in. YOU GUYS could not clean it up, now some guys are making money over YOUR lack of responsibility or know how how to clean it up. Even your lock was unable to stop this guy once he was in.
I understand shit happens, but now youve stopped taking responsibility. Very dissapointed. I have lost all respect from you over this now. and now your posting happy faces that its "not because of you guys" now, god i cant believe this shit coming from your mouth now

2 problems
1. every second load of the network stats only about 5 sites show up when there could belabout 20
2. using the dropdownmenu to view/load a another sites stats, about 1/3 will only reload the main sites stats and in the url is a invalid ss id error, even
though the login is correct and it shows up in the network stats

I can get the second click feature to work but the skim is stuck to 1% and the skim schemes are set to about 60

The problem is the cleaning. No one has really posted a good cleaning process. Its hopping out of the TP folder. You can delete the whole tp folder and install from scratch, it comes back. The backdoors or scripts are still outside of the tp folder. Yes there are hacked tp files, but thats not the backdoor.
Lets not forget the original problem was the hacked update. This "Hack" that "keeps coming back" means it wasnt cleaned off the server properly. Yes we can "lock it". But it doesnt mean the "hack" is off your server. I dont believe for a second that this hack has anything to do with our original server security/configuration.
Once this tp updater hack gets on your server, your basically fucked. because the timestamps of the hacked files match on all domains on a server. Even on fresh tp installs. and by fresh, i mean deleting the tp folder completly AND toplist folders, its back a day later.
I have something for anyone to try... move your domain to a virgin server, install Smart thumbs, trade pulse from scratch, import your thumbs from another smart thumbs and a exported tradeslist, check your toplist codes before you import them, see your problem dissappear.
Has anyone tried this besides me and see it come back? I would like to hear this....
I know that your files where hacked and im not blaming you for that, but sorry, I have a tough time with your statment, this gives me the impression that your passing the cause of this problem to our servers config or hosting admin.
Im not trashing you, but I dont see any problem with TP being hacked when your server is actually clean. The problem is getting your server clean. A lock.php isnt going to take out the backdoor on your server.

With the new build when i go to set a boost , the boost/nitro is greyed out, is this happen if i have too many boosts? so as it sits with new build i cant set boost
Also with the new build the network dropdown menu to load up another site give invalid id, loads up the original stats page only. even though i can copy paste the user/pass into the domains login screen manually. just the drop down menu seems to give problem parsing the username and password.
