Settings -- skim schemes -- Editing scheme 'Default'
Rule priority: 10
Number of click: Cycled '8' : X% (Example 60)
Raw outs per trade during last 24 hours/(Raw ins from traders during last 24 hours + 1)
$Dout/($TradeDin+1) < 1 Duration Y*60 (min)
Raw outs per trade during the last hour/(Raw ins from traders during the last hour + 1)
$Hout/($TradeHin+1) < 1 Duration Y*60 (min)
For main rule set larger "Rule priority"
Rule priority: 10
