Trade Pulse Support / Toplist Codes - HIDE output if NO Trade
« on: June 22, 2012, 12:17:48 PM »
How can I hide output completely if there's no trades in my toplist? For example:

If I make a toplist that displays 25 thumb trades, but I only have 11, how can I hide the output from the other 14 spots so I'm not displaying broken images if I use a thumb toplist?

Figured out my issue:

I had the & symbol in my password. I removed that, and it worked perfectly. You may want to filter the & symbol from passwords since the Network Site switcher loads a url which uses a query string, that begins each variable with &. Using & in a password confuses the query string parser, and causes this error.

When attempting to add sites to my network, I get the invalid_sid appended to the end of my current URL, that's it. I'd love to NOT give out the login details to the installations until I get permission from my client, so can you please let me know if there's a fix?

It looks like your suPHP has an issue..

                     <select name="gender" id="gender"><br />
<b>Fatal error</b>:  SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in <b>/path/to/forum/Themes/default/Profile.template.php(1241) : eval()'d code</b> on line <b>1241</b><br />

This is found when trying to edit my forum profile to reflect my correct ICQ number, at this URL: http://forum.scriptpulse.com/index.php?action=profile;area=forumprofile

Please remove this thread as you see fit, once the issue's been resolved.

Trade Pulse Support / Can you release a small update...
« on: May 18, 2010, 08:26:14 AM »
containing one modified file?

w3 validator does not like the way JavaScript is typed in the tp/ssi_in.php file, and I could go and dezend it to fix it but would rather not spend the time on it. I'd really prefer if it's completely validated when used on a website, provided the website's html is already valid of course. Thanks in advance if this is possible.

Trade Pulse Support / can someone create a javascript possibly

to work on mediascripts script? particularly the social media script from them? Te wordpress one doesnt work (had to give it a shot) and as I posted in the wordpress thread, the JS there breaks the site, can't do it via htaccess, (breaks the site) and dont want to hardcode the links due to SEO reasons plus the site sees I think close to a quarter million a month.

Trade Pulse Support / Re: Wordpress & Trade Pulse Setting up
« on: May 13, 2010, 07:30:00 AM »
Just so you know, this doesn't seem to work with other scripts. I am working on a media scripts installation that doesn't have a place to push clicks thru trade pulse, its htaccess is such a disaster that if you touch it it breaks, and you cant include the necessary files in the header or else it breaks the site as well. So my suggestion is if you want to trade traffic don't pick mediascripts.com scripts for it!

Yeah, solved. For some reason some real intricate shit I worked on did not save, hence the reason some links weren't set up to go thru TP. Thanks ipoli for looking into it! I wouldn't have insisted something was wrong all this time if I didn't do the work I did!

Because it obviously does not work like that or else I wouldn't be here asking ;) I set it to be exactly that, but it would send out a max of about 100 every 24 hours... that's about 4 an hour, not 20. I've tried disabling any return from my new site to the feeder site, and that doesn't help either.

The saddest part about the whole situation is that I have a one way trade set up for another site and it sends about 700 every 24 hours. Exact same settings. Doesn't make any sense at all to me.

view your source code and verify that the path to the images is correct.

Yeah, it's set at 0 now. Thing that is getting frustrating though is no matter how I tweak the settings, site2 is sending MORE traffic to the feeding site, site1, then site 1 is sending out to site2! This is insane! lol
