Trade Pulse Support / I did the update - update link gone BUT -> no update and stats not updating

i made the update on my tgps and it worked on most.
but on two it does not. the update link is gone but there seems still to be the old version and the stats seem not to update any more ... like frozen ... what can i do?

some of my friends has the same problem dropped from 128k to 70k
and its not google.
all my trades dropped as well.

after all these updates the INS on my sites dropped between 80% and 50%
even SE ins seem to drop.
so i think there are some tracking problems.

i didnt change anything, but this is killing my TGPs

hi,

since today i am not able to use the network tool properly any more.
it can neither login through the pulldown at the top, nor collect the network stats.

i know we did have some server problems last night. can this be the reason?

how can this be fixed?

I changed the [traffic URL] in TABLE OF SPECIALIZED OUT SETTINGS but still 72 after the script still keeps sending traffic to the old urls. why?

i have set nocookies fastclicks and no img traffic to go to specific urls ... but in the stats of the redirected traffic these are not named as reason for the redirected out traffic ....

when i check the detailed stats for the redirects, there are no information listed for the reason for the redirect. what does that mean??

when i check my statistics / links i see that very much clicks come from "no_link" and when i click on the link see a further statistic with tradepartners sending that clicks.

what is this traffic about?

at the same time i have much traffic that is "redirected" in my out statistics .... probably this has something to do with eachother.

can anybody please explain that to a newby  ;-)

hi,

i am using several TP scripts in one confixx account web1.
when i travel abroad i dont want to use the plain http://www.domain.com/tp to access my stats but rather want to access it via https and
https://web1.serverdomain.net/tp/
i can log into the account than but it says that the licence code is wrong. so what can i do to check my stats in this discrete way?
