Trade Pulse Support / Wrong files

After update TP to Version 1.0.7 build 41, i have checked up files by scanner.
And i have received result:
Wrong files
tp/crontest.php   File has renamed to tp/crontest.php_
tp/in.php   File has renamed to tp/in.php_
tp/data/algos/TradePulse/backup.php   File has renamed to tp/data/algos/TradePulse/backup.php_

The TP has been cracked?
