It looks as if my FTP client wasn't actually doing the transfer in binary mode; I'm using Transmit 4 on OS X - even though I kept setting it to binary, all I had to do was use another client and it worked fine.

Upon running the install.php script, I get the following error: Fatal error: Unable to read 27340 bytes in /var/www/justhotguys/install.php on line 0
I did upload in binary mode, and Zend and PHP are installed and are the latest versions. Does anyone have any ideas what's wrong?
