Trade Pulse Support / out.php = Blank page

Hello all,

I think I've installed it properly...
I have access to the admin backend but when i try to use the out.php in my url like
http://cochonne.me/tp/out.php?p=99&url=www.google.fr

All I get is a blank page.
I searched the forum and found some topics but none of them helped.
