Trade Pulse Support / Need to refresh the page to see the site

Ok i just switched back to the old dns for my site as there's an issue (i am trying to move this site).

I need to reload/refresh the page with Firefox cause i get a blank page

I get:
Blank page with EXPLORER browser

And with CHROME browser
Error 100 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED): The server unexpectedly closed the connection.

I got Version 1.0.8 build 42

Toplist is:
/home/admin/domains/mysite.com/public_html/toplist/toplist.tpl   for input
/home/admin/domains/mysite.com/public_html/toplist/toplist.html   for output

Files created and uploaded (.tpl file has html in it for toplist use)

Toplist directory chmod 777 (will be chmod 755 after if it works)
toplist.tpl and toplist.html
chmod 777 and will be chmod 666 after (if it works with the server)      


Using <?php virtual("toplist.html"); ?>  on a .php index page

Also, when i try to add a new toplist, i get a blank page after clicking on "SUBMIT" (or if i try to rebuild the toplist)

Ok i just installed 2 days ago your script on one of my site.
I see now as update:
Version 1.0.8 build 42

Am i ok ?

If you can't get it back, it means they are fucking you bigtime and are probably involved in the scam itself !

Hope you get this resolved.

I had a bunch of new projects on the way and i wanted to use this trade script. Can I (new installations) or i should wait ?

Ok i did a test, i installed another trade script and it's working fine.
(it's a new server) So until yours work, i will uninstall TP (is there a uninstall file by the way ?)

I get this error Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.
With CHROME on site using TP ?

With Firefox, i get a blank page and with Explorer, i get the diagnose connection problem page.

If i reload the page, it works (on all browsers)
I'm talking about the main index.php page with content etc...

I have tried with other browsers (clearded cache too)

Can we install TP at another location (hosting) playing around the host file on our PC while it is still up and working at the other facility ?
Or we can't IconCube problems, license key problems etc..

I want to install and setup everything before switching the DNS

If it causes problems, how can i do this then ?

Oh yeah, is there a way to send them to a chinese dialer or something that would work for this kind of traffic ?
