Title: Variable skim scheme based on return percentage?

I like to keep my return percentage to trades anywhere between 110-120%.  It would be great if we could set a skim scheme to be variable, based on the current return percentage... if the return drops, the skim would go down as well, to send more to trades.  If the return climbs, the skim could be raised to send more to galleries.

Not sure if this is already available, hidden in some feature I haven't discovered yet, but if not I think it would be a great feature to add.
