Title: Network Stats tool errors

I have TP installed on four sites... three with traffic one without any.
that numbers for ins and outs are incorrect in relation to the stats in each specific site.
also... when you hit submit it erases all the fields except for that of the site in which you are currently logged in on.

regarding different stats, make sure the caching is set to 0
