Title: Can't login after fresh install?

Hi,

I have just run the installation on my domain and I can access the login page which shows your news feed, however when I try and login using the default admin/password combination as quoted on the installation page nothing happens, it just refreshes the page without logging me in... Any ideas what I can try?

I'm running on Windows hosting running PHP 5.4

I am having the same problem with a new install and the php short flags have been enabled. Does anyone have a fix for this?

jacobson, please enable php short tags on your server.

response
"I double checked your php.ini and this is already set:

short_open_tag = On

Any other notes on your issue from the script people?"

Still no luck.

As I can see you already changed default username/pwd. So try resetting password and username to default(search forum). Basically if it worked it must still work :)

Changed back to original password.
can log in http://www.scriptpulse.com/user
but cant log in /tp/login.php

Your problem is VERY simple...scriptpulse.com and your TradePulse script DO NOT HAVE SAME PASSWORD. So login on your site with username: admin and password: password , and simply reset username/pwd to whatever you desire. Cheers

I got same issue as jacobson66
can log into scriptpulse, but cannot log in /tp/login, with a fresh install, auth is not changed: admin:696d29e0940a4957748fe3fc9efd22a3
reinstalled because of failed update

Please ask your server tech to enable php short tags and try again :)
