Title: Cant Update

when i try to Update TP and I select a Update Button in the Update window i get this advice.
This build can't be installed because you haven't latest IonCube Loader installed on the server

I told my Host Admin to Update the  IonCube Loader but he told me that the latest version from the
 IonCube Loader is    installed on teh server.

So i dont know what to do.
Please Help

If latest update is there, that message wouldnt be shown, please ask your host which build of ioncube is installed.

Download installer from our website and run it. You indeed have latest version so it's some trivial error. Please just run installer it will keep all your files.

same problem here. won't let me update with the same error msg. ioncube is installed and working properly.
