Title: Cannot login after install

Now when I go to login, the page just refreshes.
Any ideas on why?

same here. fresh install on a new server. default username and password do not work. admin/password

Yes, ask your server admin to enable php short flags.

i have enable short_open_tag   On
checked phpinfo
but still can't login
what can i do now ?
