Post by: cjtube on September 06, 2011, 02:16:28 AM
really sucks, im about to drop TP like a baked potato.

too many msgs like this one:

"It seems like your site has some background things going on that are redirecting it... yellowpages.com or something and also some enbedded music and ads. I noticed it at the top left of your main page. It looks like a small iframe."

So, here is latest info.
Latest build, 29th, is OK
But some guys got 'fake' filter.php and updater.php and they experience problem with update now.
So, IF
1. You can't update your script then download, unzip and upload as binary updater.php (http://www.scriptpulse.com/updater.zip) and make script update as usually (Settings -> Updater -> Check for latest version)
2. You've got high server load lately -> do the same.

I'm going to release next update very soon, with some bugfixes, new features and inreased script security.

Yes I did it a few days ago and I'm hacked again, that obviously didn't solve it.

same problem with tp_in.php will not update keep saying  :

Some files were updated with an errors.

tp_in.php

Please, change the permisions on these files to "777"

then the redirection starts again then I upload updater.php again and it fixes the redirection again but still have the problem with tp_in.php

I deleted filter php. load updater, uploaded files

is it possible to secure it more ? or sooner or later it will be replaced again and I will have to upload it again

(for example can I safely change permissions and if yes, what are ok)

Is this a permanent fix? To do this on 180 sites again (after doing it 10 days ago) I am exhausted with this, need some good news here on a more permanent fix
