Title: Site Trouble After Inputing Syntax In RSTGP

Hello could anyone help me. When I input the syntax (tp/out.php?p=60&url=) my site does not point to the galleries instead it goes back to my home page but in like non html view or something, no background and all words on the left and all thumbs on the left. Can anyone please help thanks...
