Title: ST + TRadePulse encode problem.

When I click on text galleries that have & in the url, the & is replaced with %26 when I have the following setup. Thumb links open fine.

Url encode = Yes
Thumb trade script urls: = /tp/out.php?link=#var2#&url=#url#
<!-- STYLE1 #date#: <A HREF=#url#>#description#</a> -->
#txt0_groupALL_category0_style1#

And my Thumb Link info

Url encode = Yes
Thumb trade script urls: = /tp/out.php?link=#var2#&url=#url#
<a href="#url0_group1_categoryALL#&var1=#catname0_group1_categoryALL#&var2=Index#catname0_group1_categoryALL#">

Also in the smart thumbs "Url encode / encrypt URL" help page it says for Trade Pulse, set Encode = Yes, but on another thread you say to have encode = no and then closed the thread.
